I'm an Assistant Editor in the dictionary department of a big publishers. I don't actually write the dictionaries. Please don't ask me to explain what I do.
I come from the North-West, went up to Scotland to study English at St Andrews. I had a year in Canada as part of my degree, then spent a few months in France afterwards, before coming to Oxford. I met my husband in Oxford and we got married in September 2006.
I like: green and brown, reading books, seeing films and theatre, baking, peppermint lattes, old fashioned girls' names.
I would like to: have a dog, take better photos, feed ducks every day when I'm old
I don't like: my laziness and lethargy, being late, mustard.
I love: doctors, practice managers, vicars, accountants, and the occasional virologist.
When I'm sad: I feel like I am underwater.
When I'm happy: I feel like there are bubbles coming out of my nose.
